Do you have questions about the Americans with Disabilities Act or other disability laws? Contact us to reach one of our Technical Assistance Specialists.
Confidentiality
The Pacific ADA Center cares about your privacy. Only Pacific ADA Center staff and some employees who support the ADA National Network can access the information you share. Every three months, these workers reach out to a sample group of people to ask if our services were useful. You can always let us know that you want to opt out of a survey call.
Pacific ADA Center
Our technical assistance team is here to help you. We ask for mutual respect during our phone conversations. Staff and callers should NOT:
- Yell
- Use profanity or foul language
- Make threats
If the conversation becomes disrespectful, we will remind the caller about these rules. If the behavior continues, staff will ask the caller if they need to take a moment or continue the conversation at a later time so we can provide the requested information. If the caller cannot continue the conversation respectfully after our request, we will let the caller know that we need to disconnect the call to protect our staff's well-being. Threatening our staff with physical harm will result in an immediate notification that we will be disconnecting the call.
Please remember that the Pacific ADA Center is not a government agency, an ADA enforcement entity, or an advocacy organization. We are here to provide information, resources, and referrals related to the ADA.
