Disabled Student Unions Want Better Accessibility

Prompted by the pandemic, student unions for disabled students are being created on college campuses throughout the country.  These groups are calling for more accommodations and improvements in campus accessibility. In addition, they are helping create support communities so students with disabilities don’t feel so alone and raise public awareness of the wide range of challenges these individuals face.
