Survey Finds Employers Doing Better Job Supporting Workers with Disabilities

The article, “77% of workers with disabilities say their employer has done a better job supporting them since the pandemic started” discusses the findings of a recent Adobe survey of 1,000 workers and students that included both respondents with and without disabilities.

Over three-quarters of respondents with disabilities say their workplace is doing a better job of supporting them, and a similar number say their co-workers are considerate of their unique needs.  However, the survey also found that improvements can be made to etiquette education, recruitment, and retention. Overall, 84% of those surveyed feel co-workers would benefit from workplace accessibility.
