Some people who had COVID-19 continue to experience ongoing symptoms for months afterward, and it can cause a wide variety of limitations. If an individual has long COVID-19, they might have difficulty working in the same way they did before and may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and entitled to workplace accommodations so they can do their job.
