The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) Workplace Accommodation Toolkit helps employers follow the accommodation process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act.
The Toolkit has:

- Step-by-step guidance on the accommodation process,
- Guidance on documenting the accommodation process, including sample templates, forms, and a log to use for documentation efforts,
