The widespread shift to remote work because of COVID-19 has changed the workplace in ways that will be felt long after the pandemic. These changes will likely lead to an increase in flexible work arrangements for a wide portion of the American workforce. This EARN practice brief discusses how, as employers review their employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation and evaluation processes, they can also increase the inclusion of people with disabilities within their organizations.
