The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) released the practice brief, Leveraging the Shift to Remote Work to Increase Employment of People with Disabilities.

This EARN practice brief discusses how, as employers review their employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation and evaluation processes, they can also increase the inclusion of people with disabilities within their organizations.
