ADA Title I: Employment Requirements

ADA Title I: Employment Requirements is a self-paced web course developed by the New England ADA Center. It covers topics including who has obligations and rights under Title I of the ADA, pre-employment do's and don'ts, the process for identifying and providing reasonable accommodations, requirements concerning medical information and confidentiality, how to troubleshoot job performance issues, and the complaint process.

The course takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete and is approved for 2.5 credits from the HR Certification Institute and/or the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.
