Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Olmstead Decision: From Segregation to Inclusion in the Community

In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of the Supreme Court Decision in L.C. v Olmstead the Great Lakes ADA Center in collaboration with the ADA National Network is hosting a webinar that reflects on the impact that this decision has had on the lives of persons with disabilities. It will explore the litigation that has resulted at the State and National Level applying the Olmstead Decision and how the federal and state governments have (or have not) adjusted their policies, practices, and procedures to support community integration and deinstitutionalization of persons with disabilities.
