People with disabilities often interface with the criminal legal system. This legal webinar will discuss how ADA issues have played out when people with disabilities are incarcerated and subsequently return to society. The presenter will utilize recent court decisions and settlements to explore critical issues like access to treatment, physical accessibility, effective communication, program access, segregation, and re-entry.
